Über das Stück
What begins as a collection of individual remnants becomes something whole. Each piece of tyre tube is cut and layered by hand, allowing smooth, ribbed and originally marked surfaces to sit alongside one another. The overlapping shapes create an almost scale-like rhythm, giving the pouch depth and movement without adding colour or ornament. No two arrangements will ever be quite the same. The material decides part of the design.

Wiederverwertete Reifenschläuche tragen Spuren ihres früheren Lebens. Feine Unterschiede in Struktur, Markierungen und Oberfläche gehören zum Material – dein Stück kann daher leicht vom abgebildeten abweichen.

Pflege
Treat gently and keep away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and harsh chemicals. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. As each piece is made from reclaimed material, natural variations, marks and changes over time are to be expected. They are part of what makes every ReUp piece unique.
