About the Piece
Some forms endure because they simply work. SHADE takes the familiar wallet and gives it a different beginning. Its classic silhouette is crafted from reclaimed tyre tube, allowing an overlooked material to find its place in an object carried every day. Inside, simple compartments keep cards and banknotes organised, while the press-button closure adds a subtle, functional detail. Nothing unnecessary. Nothing trying too hard. A familiar object, made from something unexpected.
No Two Are Exactly Alike
Reclaimed tyre tubes carry traces of their previous life. Subtle differences in texture, markings and surface character are natural to the material and mean your piece may differ slightly from the one photographed.
These variations are part of the piece, not defects.
Care
Treat gently and keep away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and harsh chemicals. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. As each piece is made from reclaimed material, natural variations, marks and changes over time are to be expected. They are part of what makes every ReUp piece unique.
